Bio
More than 30 years ago I started out in the printing industry as a graphic artist. I used a drawing board, an exacto blade and a t-square. This method is a lost art now that everything is computerized, but believe it or not, we still use it from time to time! The changes I have seen in this industry are numerous, but a few things never change – most notably the continuous commitment to please our customers. Here at Digital Print Ink we strive to give our customers what they need when they need it. No small feat when a customer says "I need it yesterday"!
I started with the company in October 1988 (when we were Kwik Kopy Printing) as a customer service representative and graphic artist. I worked my way up in the company to become general manager and now, vice president. I am proud that many of the customers that I developed relationships with in my first few years here, I still have relationships with today.
My philosophy has always been that listening is an important part of any business, as it will provide you with the information needed to do the job right and saves valuable time. I believe that by truly listening to our customers we can better anticipate their needs and make sure their jobs are completed quickly, efficiently and to their satisfaction.
A part of my job everyday is to keep everyone and everything running smoothly. Over the years I have helped to develop a system that will do just that. I would like all of our customers to know that we are more than a storefront. We have a special team of employees, each of whom are exceptional at what they do. They help keep us at the top of our industry.
